the most important thing you can get for your new radio is an antenna..Thats a 
never ending subject with a million solutions... 
next, since that radio is a 12 volt radio you need a power supply, it converts 
yourwall voltage to 12 volts.. Icom makes one that matches the set but you can 
get anAlinco or an Astron reasonably priced.. (new or used).. 20 amp will 
probably be enough.
You dont need a tuner, I think the 7300 has a built in antenna tuner.
It is a great radio new or used..
