Russ, KI5FHW, Just curious; what sort of radio do you have? Maybe the answer is a bit more antenna. Lots of great ones can be bought or built. I am way off in N. Louisiana so I only get to hang with the fellows on HF and recently on Zoom for a great talk. Get some copper pipe, build yourself a "J Pole" or some such and maybe the repeater is in reach that way. I am very new to the club but it clear that it is a bright spot in HAM radio. We are lucky to have BVARC: stick with us! Will,KB&QL
