You might consider a decent UPS, most of them will purify the power and give
you a small amount of running time while you’re refueling, etc. APC is a very
good and long-trusted brand in homes and datacenters alike, with every size you
could want.

There are many other good options on Amazon; I’ve personally been eyeing this
item:

Because it has these modular battery expansion packs:

I have no experience with these items or even this brand, so take it with a
grain of salt (don’t blame me!!!). But either way, a good UPS will convert
dirty power to clean power, and give you other added benefits.

Subject: [BVARC] Emergency Power Quality

I have a 5500 watt diesel generator that gives me plenty of power but the
waveform of the 60Hz power is flat topped and very rough (bad power for good
equipment). I am looking for a source of an AC-AC inverter that would take
that bad power and convert it to pure sine wave. Does anyone have any
knowledge of a source of such an inverter. Lots of DC to AC inverters around
small to very large (solar panel). But I have been unable to locate a an AC-AC
inverter.
