Bruce, I had just the reverse experience. Bought PDA. Worked erratically. Crashed a lot. No support either by phone or email.
Moved to Dxlabs. Its free. Installed smoothly. Worked right out of the box. Got help from the reflector. Which is also monitored by the author. Regular updates which are also free. Go figure. .
