These digital versions are free for the reader starting this year. QST issues are also available, and have been, since the start of Ham-Time. To access these new mags, go to http://www.arrl.org/arrl-magazines Choose the current edition of the mag you want, then after loading, go to the Archive widget on the toolbar to access any of the 2020 issues. One other just announced free digital version magazine is the RASA's QTC magazine. The Radio Amateur Society of Australia is a counterpart to the WIA downunder.
