So is Marty still at it or did you just send this as a holdover from your
"helping" him months back? He didn't respond to my fair offer of a few months
ago. I didn't pursue it further based your comment about he wants the seller
to do everything for him and will be pestered forever.
I still have 2 and will sell both, but am in no rush as I will need to replace
them but we are still recovering from paying taxes, insurance, yardwork,
utilities, etc. on Darnell (~$2500/month) for 10 months while empty. IZO
