[BVARC] Collins Help Needed

*A neighbor of mine KG5QLE (also named Steve) is seeking assistance in 
getting his father's old Collins radio working again. Since I am not 
into the old boat anchor radios, if anyone can help, his phone number is 
281-844-5779 and he would appreciate your help or steering him in the 
right direction. He lives in the Briarhills Subdivision at Highway 6 on 
the south bank of Buffalo Bayou.
