Robot36 has an "auto mode" feature that's supposed to detect the mode. Looks
like ISS uses PD-120 mode: https://ariss-sstv.blogspot.com/

The ARISS team will be transmitting SSTV images continuously from June 21 until
June 26. The images will be related to some of the amateur radio activities
that have occurred on the Space Shuttle, Mir space station and the
International Space Station.

When you are decoding images (even if not from ISS) how do you know which mode
to use , like Robot36 or Scottie?

John,
I have run MMSSTV through my HRD setup to DL SSTV FM from the ISS using my
IC-7100 (internal Sound Card). I don't see any reason that would not work with
an HT and a Signalink if you had the Signalink cable for your HT. I am not
certain you could do it through your computers sound card

I downloaded the MMSSTV software, the laptop has a sound card. Just not too
sure what cable to use to connect radio to sound card.
