I have no experience with FM on CB. I run a "highly modified" President McKinley model CB with SSB for my 6 hour trips to the ranch and back. Say what you want about 27 Mhz, but it is somewhat valuable when stuck on I-10 not knowing why. Truckers on opposite side give constant reports of what they saw in passing. But again, I have no knowledge of CB FM. 73,RodNK5Q
