Thank you very much for getting back to me. I'm making a list of who has
what.
At the moment I have a GMRS HT and a UHF amplifier getting me up to
35+W. GMRS mobile/base stations are pretty pricey $350+, don't know if
I am going there for just a few channels on 462 MHz at 50W.
I have a 462 MHz J-Pole antenna I'm going to put on the roof. My
original intention was to be able to easily talk to the GMRS repeaters
(Memorial and SW) and also the FRS folks in my neighborhood.
