As of right now, nothing major. The first things to come out in the coming
months to year or so will be more interactivity with built in apps that
require internet. This interactivity can include things such as additional
camera angles, additional audio tracks, continuation of special programming
when the main network switches back to regular, etc. The other will be
Dolby AC 4 7 channel audio.

The big thing for ATSC 3 though is HDR (high dynamic range) picture. No
firm date on this yet, but expect to see it on major sporting events first
( Super Bowl, Olympics, etc).
