NEWS  -- Read February QST page 13 about Walter Holmes, K5WH, and his world 
wide, multi-mode mentoring activities.    Other mentoring articles are in this 
QST issue also.
-- BVARC's weekday noontime Stir Crazy Net is another mentoring spot.  Subjects 
range from antennas to on air operation discussions.
-- Houston's St. Stephen's Episcopal School received one of the 8 slots to talk 
to the ISS.  Autumn time frame.   Keep a lookout for Jeff's, W5JEF, notices on 
the BVARC reflector about the event.  His children attend school there.
