10-10 Int. Winter Contest, SSB - 2022
Call: N5XZ Operator(s): N5XZ Station: N5XZ Class: Single Op HP QTH: TX Operating Time (hrs): 9:47 Summary: Total: QSOs = 265 Total Score = 338 Club: Texas DX Society Comments: This was my first 10-10 contest in a long time. With the sunspot numbers and flux up I thought I might spend a few hours in the contest. I really had a lot of fun! I didn't operate Friday and only a short time on Saturday, which was a mistake, conditions on Sunday were not nearly as good as they were on Saturday. The biggest pleasure was Xenia ZL4YL calling me from a CQ and then working her dad Holger ZL3IO! As a matter of fact, I worked 6 or 7 ZLs, and a fair amount of EU, first for 10 meters in a long time (I missed the 10 meter contest last December). Rig: K3/P3 Amp: Alpha 78 cranking out full 1500 watts Ant: SteppIR DB32 up only 25 feet due to tower maintenance S/W: N1MM+ TenTen QSO Party - 2022-02-05 0000Z to 2022-02-07 0000Z - 278 QSOs N5XZ Runs >10 QSOs: for computer named: MEDIACENTER 2022-02-05 1944 - 2049Z, 28423 kHz, 91 Qs, 84.7/hr N5XZ 2022-02-05 2104 - 2110Z, 28395 kHz, 13 Qs, 126.1/hr N5XZ 2022-02-05 2131 - 2214Z, 28405 kHz, 55 Qs, 75.9/hr N5XZ 2022-02-06 2052 - 2100Z, 28480 kHz, 15 Qs, 100.2/hr N5XZ Posted using 3830 Score Submittal Forms at: http://www.3830scores.com/ Allen R.
