Rick, this is an outstanding demonstration by Frank Rudder . I would disagree with his polarity effects. His demo was at 3 GHz where polarity is severe but when you come down to the HF ham bands the effect is minimal. At VHF and UHF the effect as you know is present bu no to the point at 3gHz. The C & Ku band satellite systems transmit a vertical and horizontal program simultaneity on the same frequency allowing only polarity to keep the programs separate. I wounder id there is an app for that. There is a similar program to the Rudder presentation made at a NARS meeting by George Calson KC5RCC in 2012. I might be able to come up with a phone number. He came back again at a meeting later when I was in attendance a few years later.
