Hello everybody, Here is the info on the proxy vote rule that can be
looked up in the bylaws. Just hold ctrl-f and look for proxy in the search.
2. A Club member may assign his right to vote at any membership meeting to
another member. Such proxy shall be
in writing, signed by the member granting it, and shall designate the specific
membership meeting at which
applicable, and shall state whether the proxy is specific or general. I hope
