The election is going to take place at the November general meeting. The
positions we will be voting for are,
Vice President (Term - 2023 thru 2024)Corresponding Sectary (Term - 2023 thru
2024)Recording Sectary (Term - Immediate as of election night thru
2023)Treasurer (Term - 2023 thru 2024)
Two Year at Large (Term - 2023 thru 2024)One Year at large/ Past President
(Term - 2023)
Here is what the bylaws says about a proxy vote,
A Club member may assign his right to vote at any membership meeting to another
member. Such proxy shall be
in writing, signed by the member granting it, and shall designate the specific
membership meeting at which
applicable, and shall state whether the proxy is specific or general. It will
be in-person only. (November 10th @ 7pm)
There will be Chili there as well. I hope this helps out. Can't wait to see
