This is a reminder that we will be having a social gathering I'm calling "Brews
with BVARC" tomorrow, Tuesday January 10th, at 6:30pm. This will be our very
first meeting, and the location will be changing monthly. This time we will be
meeting at Saint Arnold Brewing Company, 2000 Lyons Ave, in Houston. This is
just a social event, similar to the weekly breakfast. You need only bring
yourself and maybe some money if you're getting drinks or food. With that said
I will more than likely have a radio or two and you're welcome to do so as
well. I don't know how much use they'll get, but we won't know until we try.
We announced this get-together via the nets and on the BVARC website. In the
future I will be sending out emails about 2 weeks ahead via the BVARC
reflector. If you cannot make it, we will be meeting again every month this
year. We will tentatively have our next event on Tuesday February 7th at
6:30pm. Please keep an eye out for the confirmed date and location for
February's "Brews with BVARC" meeting. The location for February is currently
undecided upon, so if you have any brewery recommendations, please send them to
me directly.
