Thanks for reaching out! We will have plenty of stations setup, and we will
have the GOTA station that seems ideal for this. If we can work around
that. I think we may be able to do it. It will all depend on how many
you'll have at one time and also logistics for space (I would much prefer
you guys be in an air-conditioned space due to the crazy heat index
we're looking at). We can talk about it more if you would like to give me a
call at my number below (please leave a message if I miss your call). I
will actually be at a scout event tomorrow evening around 5:30-7pm, but we
can talk after that. Otherwise the weekend is mostly clear (Field Day
planning meeting in person at the Field Day location Saturday at 1pm if
you'd like to come then, 260 Clay St in Richmond), so you can call me then
to work this out.
