Yes but a 40 mx half wave wire loads on 40, 20, 15 and 10.    An 80 mx half wave loads 80 thru 10 including WARC.’s.  Final matching uses the rigs internal tuner to bring things down further to an operable SWR.

To me, it sounds like this is written by someone who doesn't understand antennas or that English is their second or third language.

It is a typical EFHW description....So who  is the manufacturer or the seller?   Sounds commercial, not home brew.
