Here's my issue with the ARRL's response - it was 2 days short of 4 weeks when any significant information about what actually happened was posted. That wouldn't make the general public happy, but for a membership organization of tech savvy people, it's really an issue. You also had to go looking for the information on the webpage by clicking to the news link. And when I went to the news page, it wasn't even the top story. The link should have been a banner on every page after a member logged in.
