We routinely do this on the Wednesday night bvarc rag chew on 75m -> 3.910mhz 
at 7pm! It gets everyone in the area whether close or far.

40 meters would also work during the day and at night.

Could play with nvis but 10 meter groundwave (vertical antenna) most practical.
