Go out to the woods and get one of those clark grizwald trees and you can run a 20M vertical end fed halfwave!

Subject: [BVARC] Thought.... X-Mas/Holiday Theme Antenna

To All,

Has anyone played with the idea of using an artificial pine tree as an antenna mast?

What I am trying to do is put my antenna in an artificial tree to allow me to have a hidden decorative antenna. I am looking for VHF,UHF,10M, and with a miracle, 20M. This will allow me to decorate it for each holiday in the house and the wife will not notice the antenna.

This will be on my second floor so high is not an issue.

KI5IOC - Do not say anything.

Propose:

This is a way to have my antenna without needing to take it down when the family comes to visit.
