Yes, that sounds like it (weather bureau top of LF band).... I was hoping
someone could remember the ID.  It repeated in Morse Code on each loop of
the tape.  I think it was only three letters.  I wish I could remember....
it doesn't matter of course -- just I'm stuck on it while it's on the tip
of my tongue, so to speak.
