But the TL;dr on it is that the FCC has amended the 60M frequency allocation to 
Amateur Radio.
Instead of five (5) frequency "Channels", they have removed the middle channel 
and given us a small span of frequencies:

Before, in kHz:
5332
5348
5358.5
5373
5405

After, in kHz:
5332
5348
5358.5  -- New allocation: 5351.5-5366.5
5373
5405

This is Gen,Adv, Extra; allocated for Phone (LSB), RTTY, Data; 2.8kHz max 
bandwidth. And I believe the secondary basis and power limitations still apply, 
but again, see the official document in the link above to cover anything I 
missed.
