I think we've settled in a good spot. There are other "Brazos Valley" organizations in the area that do not use the hyphen. As for the "The", I think it has its place in some situations. I usually include the "The" when telling people about the club, especially if they're not hams... But for short or in places like my email signature, I omit the "The". There are probably grammar rules I'm unfamiliar with that explain that. But hey, anything is open to discuss.
