The January newsletter is archived at https://bvarc.org/newsletters.php.
It's also on the BVARC home page, directly linked (look for a rolled up
newspaper with a computer mouse).
I'm subscribed to individual list emails, and the PDF came through in
that email. I guess the daily digest scrubs attachments to limit email
size? The list server archive also removed it for the archive.
