Howdy all, I was just about to start winding a 49:1 for Big John's QRP EFHW, when I accidentally knocked the ferrite core off the table.
It struck the tile floor and exploded in a spectacular crash. Does anyone have a toroid source to recommend? I am looking for a common FT50-43. Are DigiKey, Newark, Mouser, and the like still our best choices? They are on Amazon, but delivery is way out.. 73 Dan KJ5IZK
