I think that’s going to depend on what you plan to do. Easy to transport for POTA? Ever going to use it Mobile? HF Contesting? Yup there are radios built for this HF only, or HF + 6M, or HF +6M, 2M, 70cm? Price Point? New or used? Straight forward operation or deep detailed menus? Pros and Cons of both Want superb Weak signal isolation? Not required, and wasn’t on my first 2 HF rigs and I didn’t miss it until I discovered it on my 3rd.
My list is not exhaustive. There may be other questions you need to ask, depending on your needs and what you want to do.
