You might want to look at the web page for Big Bend Amateur Radio Club.
Their site lists several repeaters including some that are linked.

Good day everyone,
My wife and I are planning a trip to the Big Bend area of Texas. I’m
looking to program my mobile radio with repeaters along the route.
I’ve used the Repeater Book route search. That returns a lot of
repeaters. I’m hoping to pare that down. Do some of you have
experience with the “best” repeaters along the route for both 2m and
70cm. For instance there are a bunch of repeaters in San Antonio,
which is the most active? Also, I’m a bit perplexed as Repeater Book
didn’t have any repeaters for Del Rio. How can that be? That’s a
good size city, 34k with an Airforce base right next door. Also, the
stretch between Del Rio and Fort Davis is very sparce. I was hoping
someone might know of repeaters in that area.
Blessings,
Byron
