I would go with a OCFD....DPS uses a LOT of them at offices for HF emergency 
use. Make sure the 4:1 balun is more than your output power....I have a Palomar 
4:1 OFCD....only complaint I have is the top hook can be removed causing the 
nut inside to fall off and there is NO way to fix it...unless you cut open the 
balun. I had to return mine and get a new one (which was quick I'll 
admit...they have great customer service)..
IF you have room for a 160m OCFD, you can cover up to 6m with it on most HF 
bands with no tuner...a tuner will get you full coverage of course.
