I am working on a Heltec V3 base unit with large antenna. Will eventually go in an outside pole/eve mount with solar charger. I also have three Heltec units (2-v3 and 1 V4 version), one being a meshtastic mobil and the other two being a Meshcore nodes with one setup as a repeater. West Katy area, off FM1463. Currently set up as Ham radio kodes with no encoding but will see. Am not sure if you have a Amt lic, if you have to set up open or can you set up a private set that is encoded? 🧐 More research needed on that. I may actually have to Read The Fantastic Manual. 😉
