I'm sorry that I missed field day this year. I had too many health issues both
mine and family members that pulled me away. Hopefully things will calm down

My grandsons made multiple FT8 contacts on 20M station. As I understand, that
is a multiplier for those. If I can get a excel dump of my contacts on that
station, I maybe able to ID the time they were at the controls.
Also, on Sunday, I did a mobile radio contact to send a Radiogram to my son
that I can credit to the club, if I know how to do that. I am new at this
stuff, let me know.

I want to thank the following operators at the official TDXS/BVARC Field Day
last weekend:

KI5WLJ, NV5B, KI5NPM, W5PR, N5DTT, W5RGO, KJ5MVN, NV5V, N5EKW, KA5LPH, K5WRN,
AJ5CD, NE5EA, KC5KAW, AB5CB, KG5YCU and N5VIV (and lil’ ol me). If I’ve missed
anyone, please let me know. These are the calls entered in with CTRL-O prior to
operating.
I especially want to thank the food/clean-up crew including Richard’s wife
Norma, his mother-in-law Raquel, his son Steven and son’s fiancé Asylynn.
Finally I want to thank everyone else who attended, including children and
grandchildren. I believe we probably have some new hams and club members in the
making.
I hope to have a more comprehensive report on Field Day in a few days. Despite
a few hiccups, I think it went very well. **VERY** Preliminary results indicate
5,698 QSOs and 18,314 points before adding in bonus points.
