Eddie, the priority system for Outlook organization outlined in your video is quite good and will work on any version of Outlook, but to use "rules" you have to have a version that includes that option. I use Microsoft 365, and neither the New Outlook or the Classic Outlook supports Rules. Microsoft Co-Pilot confirms that. Short of killing my Office Suite and starting over with something else, I would greatly appreciate any tips on making Rules work in my system.
