Been around since before the 1940’s I think.
Multi band.   Continous coverage.  Low 50 ohm feed amd swr.
3 octive typical.
Omnidirectonal if you’re looking for gain
Kind of clunky to build, but doable.
Use thicker metal means more power
Get it above the local structures as you wud any vhf/uhf ant.
Radio Shack used to sell one for 2m and up.
Read about the theory.  Pretty cool.   Ask AI.  It knows all.
