Rick: would a 2-story house near Gregg St. @ Clinton Dr. be of any interest to you at all? We’re moving out and we could consider renting it for a few months. 1600 sf. 300 block of Gregg St. We hadn’t seriously considered anything but selling, but if this works for you and for us it might give us more slack on prep for sale.
