Please update with your plans or others not listed that you know are coming. I 
really hope the whole board shows up. I'd guess Rick Hiller and Dave Ely will 
be there too... Not confirmed on my end.
Planning notes:   
   - 3 gallons of Mackinac Island Fudge brought by Don KJ5MVN
   - Another 3 containers (regular store containers are 1/2 gallon) of Blue 
Bell depending on how many show up? Two vanilla at least. Several mentioned an 
interest in cookies and cream or pistachio, so perhaps those as a single gallon 
wild card... If we arrive and find the place packed, I think we can have 
someone run down the road. I can.
   - John may purchase ice cream scoop if BVARC doesn't have one (or can't find 
it in time)
   - John to purchase: Disposable bowls, spoons, napkins (again if not 
available from any food team inventory), and probably ice..?
   - John will bring BVARC coolers (note the facility does have a fridge we may 
want to use).
   - From my comments received on the net I heard an interest in: (Sprinkles, 
caramel, and chocolate cookies for ice cream sandwiches).
   - I will bring chocolate syrup.
   - I recommend also purchasing something to drink and bringing or purchasing 
cups. I'd recommend water for one thing, but also maybe a twelve pack of root 
beer? 
   - If John needs help purchasing/bringing anything I can grab some things on 
the way. I will try to get there by 6:30pm or maybe earlier to help set up.
   - I will bring my HF setup to do a demo as well.
PLEASE chime in with your own info about attendees or if my list is incomplete.
