You very nearly started a flame war there, it looked for a bit.  Funny.

Also funny, although you only asked if they had such a program, some
took it to mean "why don't you start a program."  

I can understand their hesitation to starting something like ours or
FreeGeek's.  It would be a huge undertaking.  But at the same time, I
think they underestimate themselves and their community.
