EPC is closed on Sunday. It is open from 9 to 2 pm Sat and 9 - 6 pm M-F It is in St. Charles: Take I70 to Truman Rd/Cave Springs and go right It is on the left side of the road, first curb cut after you pass the outer road. This is an old Target and it is very large.
