I will install the Debian release from the ByteWorks wiki, and create a set of steps to (easily) upgrade KTurtle to 0.7. I'd be willing to bet that it's a matter of adding the Debian-friendly "edutainment" repository and installing KTurtle via apt-get. I'll try to get command-line commands.
