Do you mean completely? Having contact addresses on the website that end in @bworks.org is very important from a maintenance and marketing standpoint. Using aliases allows people to keep a consistent point of contact even if the person(s) in that role change. This is especially important when dealing with other organizations. Also, having contact addresses that end in the same domain as your website is more professional and allows folks viewing the website to feel confident that they are indeed contacting the organization that they are trying to reach - there's an implied trust there.
