Reading the email it appears that they believe we serve children either in or from the county. I would explain where our service area is but ask if we can still attend. Would be worth it to make contacts with similar organizations and groups. Would definitely send someone who is a good networker. Maybe Robert or Theresa (no offense Sean I just don't know you well enough to say you fit that description).

It's on April 21st from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Heman Park, University City. Their website is: http://www.caastic.org/ How shall I respond? I see two issues with this: 1. It's a county thing and we primarily server a select neighborhood / area within the city of St. Louis. 2. We're volunteers with not a lot of time to do what we have to do for the classes and building computers and this event would take up a whole Saturday (Given my work schedule, I don't think I could do it, e.g.).
