My meeting with Socket was canceled due to family emergency.  Will 
reschedule at end of week and will see what he can do.

Is someone talking to Charter about a low-end Internet.  I don't know 
their cost structure or what makes a money maker for them.  Perhaps they 
can offer as part of a "scholarship".
