I think developing a "continuing relationship with each student
and in some cases, one on one mentoring" is probably the most
important part of this and serves our mission statement well.

Right now we are only spending about 9 hours total, if they make
all the classes, with the students.  It may give them an idea of
what they can do, but I wonder if it really develops their
"academic, vocational, and entrepreneurial skills" and helps them
"become community leaders". 

I think the only way for BWORKS to really fulfill this mission is
for it to become a community center, to increase hours of
operation, and to increase curricula.
