Not only two different formats, but also two different domains on two
different servers running on two different types of web servers done
by two different teams of people.

Any solutions?

Again, what are the solutions?

If you could wave a magic wand, how would you make the website look different?

As for internal staff development tools, we have those, too, just not
on the main website. Those are neatly tucked away. Yes, you can
eventually find them, but you need to know where to look.

BTW, our biggest "donor organization" to date are our volunteers who
have donated countless hours. Motivate and mobilize them and you can
accomplish almost anything.
