I have a reliable friend (Greg) who said he's interested in helping students/parents get connected to AT&T's DSL using their EAC computers.
He's good with Linux/Unix, and has been wanting to volunteer. He's interested in more techhy, open/shut cases. This fits exactly what we're looking for with DSL hookup jobs. He's got my vote for a good volunteer for setting up DSL with former students. What's the best way to proceed from here? --Nate
