Yes he did. Doc showed him around and gave him the "grand tour", and
then I spoke with him for a bit. I hope that he is interested in
becoming a regular volunteer (he seemed to). His big interest is in the
classroom and teaching, which is wonderful! -- I am sure that Dave and
Nate would not say "no" to some help there.
Unfortunately I was not in the shop when he left, so I don't know if Doc
has already given him the background check form to fill out, but I can
find out next Saturday.
