So, it seems like it's really just a problem with Firefox, and not
Linux?  Wait -- I see the autorun.inf on the CD.

Does the autorun just start up internet explorer, and go to the
modem's IP address?

Have you talked w/Att about this, and/or do they have similar
documentation (fat chance, but thought I'd ask).
