Jen, I think that the problem is that you aren't making your pictures visible to the public. You have to make the pictures visible to the public.
Check your settings for the "default privacy settings" http://www.flickr.com/account/prefs/photoprivacy/ If the "Who can see your photostream" setting isn't "Available to the Public", then I'm betting that your Bworks photos have "Only share with friends/family", which is why I had to become a member of the "Bworks" group to see the pictures.
