Another way to do coordinate is via Google Groups: http://groups.google.com/group/byteworks-voicemail Each message has its own unique URL. In the notes section, one can reference the message or follow-up messages, transcribe it, jot any contact information, note any need for follow-up, mark its status, etc. Also, as members join or leave, they can see how past messages have been handled.
