Easy enough to do to. In fact, Ubuntu's already got an ~/Examples
folder, which is a soft link to /usr/share/{something}. We could put
it in there. If we want it on the actual desktop, we create a
~/Desktop folder and a link in it.
I could create a prototype for people to try out. What's an easy way
for folks to try out such a prototype? A clone image or a .VDI file
for use in Virtual Box? They tend to be about 3 GB in size.

No problem. Easy to do between naps and using a virtual machine.
